I’m Jody Newell — an Agile Coach, Delivery Leader, and founder of Independently Agile. With over a decade of experience guiding teams and organisations through Agile transformations, I specialise in helping product managers, delivery teams, and leaders find clarity, confidence, and real momentum in how they work.
My coaching approach is simple: people first, context-aware, and jargon-free. Whether I’m supporting a single product owner or helping a business scale its delivery practices, I focus on practical, lasting change, not process for process’s sake.
With a background in UI/UX, systems thinking, and Agile delivery across sectors like financial services, engineering, and ecommerce, I bring both strategic insight and hands-on support.
